 Prof. Atilade had his primary school at New African school Ebute Metta , and his Secondary education at New Nigeria High school Mushin and finished up at Ibadan grammar school in 1963. He got admission to University of Ibadan and read Pre-Medicine before leaving to University of Minnesota USA where he obtained both Bsc and MSc. He proceeded to North Western College of Chiropractic Medicine and finally went to St. Paul s Seminary, where he got his bachelor degree in Theology, DC and ECBA.
Rt. Rev. (Dr.) Atilade was a former Chairman Lagos State Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN). President Institute for Leadership and Youth Development and he is the Bishop of Lagos and Vice president Gospel Baptist Conference of Nigeria and Overseas.
He has held many positions in the Mission and Social arena:

ENGR. TIJANI IBRAHIM ADEMU  Engr. Tijani started his secondary at Ochaja Boys Secondary School, Ochaja from where he gained admission to Benue Polytechnic,Ugbokolo for National Diploma and Kaduna Polytechnic for Higher National Diploma in Engineering.
He had his National Youth Service at 31, Field Artilary Brigade Minna in 1991-1992. He worked at
Yaman (Nig) LTD as a maintenance officer 1994-1996,
Dogab Venture LTD as a Field Officer, Marketing 1996-1998.
He joined the service of National Electric Power {Ijora Power) as a ( Mech) 2001-2007 before he was transferred to Olorunsogo Power Plc as a Senior Manager.
Eng. Tijani had various Training in Management. He is a member, Nigerian Association of Technologists in Engineering and a Senior Member, Chartered Institute of Public Management.
He has held various strategic positions in the Industry and is presently the General
Manager, Olorunsogo Power Plc.


Amb. Israel Onwuanaku Egbunefu had his Secondary Education at Stella Maris College, Port Harcourt. He attended Rivers State University of Science and Technology, (now renamed, The Rivers State University) Port Harcourt, where he obtained a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration (Management) in 1988, an MBA in Management and later, M.Sc. in Business Policy from the same University.

Amb. Egbunefu started his work career after his NYSC service in 1989 as materials manager with Odadiki Eye Hospitals Limited, Port Harcourt and later became the general manager. Being motivated personally to fulfill his dream, he engaged as consulting partner with Ala-Mingi Nig. Ltd, PH and Business Brains Consulting PH, respectively, between 1993 and 2001. 

He joined the services of the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission in 2001 as a Senior Personnel Officer and was promoted to Principal Officer in 2004. He served as an Electoral officer for ten years in the Commission.

His service was transferred to the main stream Civil Service as a Principal Inspector of taxes with the Rivers State Board of Internal Revenue in March 2011. Between 2012 and 2018, while in the Internal Revenue Board, he served in various capacities as; Commissioner for stamp duties; Acting Director, Property Taxes; Acting Director, Other taxes; Acting Director, Corporate Taxes; Director, Tax offices and Director, Informal Sector.

Amb. Israel Egbunefu is currently the Deputy Director/Deputy HOD, Budget, Monitoring and Evaluation in the Rivers State Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning.

He has also in the course of his professional calling, attended various professional training and seminars. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria; Member, Nigeria Institute of Management, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria, Fellow Institute of Management Consultants Nigeria and a Chartered Management Consultant.

Amb. Israel Onwuanaku Egbunefu has in the course of his private and public life, exuded the qualities that earned him the conferment as an Eminent Peace Ambassador of the International Association of World Peace Advocates of the United Nations Peace Volunteers. He is presently, the National President, Alumni Association of the Rivers State University, Port Harcourt.

He is happily married with two lovely children.



Major General, Gagariga is a product of Kings College, Lagos. He later gained admission into the
Nigerian Defence College (NDA), before proceeding for a Master's degree in Public Administration from National Open University (NOUN).
Major General Gagariga has held many positions in the Nigerian Army; he was a Troop Commander, General Staff Officer Grade 3, Battery Commander, Instructor Gunnery, General Staff Officer Grade 2 Training, Staff Officer 2 Simulation Training,
Training Officer Grade 1 , Directing Staff (Nigeria and Ghana), Artillery Representative/Instructor and Assistant Director. Presently, he is the Commander, Artillery Regiment(General Support) Onitsha. Major  General Gagariga is married with children.
He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria.


OPENE ONYEBUCHUKWU GABRIEL  He is a graduate of the University of Lagos, Akoka, where he read Business Administration and later proceeded for his Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. He started his work career as a Banker with United Bank of Africa [UBA] and left the industry in 1999; after 19 years of service. He joined the Institute of Administrative Management, Lagos as a Lecturer and rose to the position of Senior Lecturer. In 2006, he joined the Institute of Credit and Risk Management as Head of Training. In 2007, he joined Portfolio and Debt Management Institute as the Director of Training until 2009, when he co-founded the Institute of Public Management, Nigeria (Now Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria). As the Registrar/CEO,
Mr. Gabriel Opene has undergone various training and workshops. He has a Diploma from London Institute of Bankers; a Certificate on Public Management from London Corporate Training London, U.K; and a Global MINI Master of Public Administration from RUTGERS State University, New Jersey, USA. He is a member of Credit & Risk Management Institute; Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria.

He is happily married with children.



Brigadier General Thomas holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Public Health Nursing. She also has a Bachelor's degree (B.Ed) in Health Education, M.Sc in Humanitarian Refugees Studies from the University of Ibadan; Master of Public Health from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and Advanced Diploma in Safety Health and Environmental Management from University of Ibadan.

She also has a certificate as a Registered Nurse from State School of Nursing, Certificate in Family Planning from University College Hospital, Ibadan, and a Certificate in Midwifery from Ogun State School of Midwifery, Abeokuta.

Brig. Gen. C. A. Thomas has attended various training / courses / workshops on:

  • Sexually transmitted Diseases/Aids at the College Hospital, Ibadan
  • Location Management Course at Ibadan
  • Prevention and Control of Malaria
  • Human Resources Management at West African College of Nursing
  • Senior Executive Management at Infectious Disease, Institute Kampala – Uganda and Many others.

She joined the Nigerian Army in 1987 and worked in different capacities. She was with the United Nations Peace Keeping Operation in Sierra Leon  2011 – 2002, Command Secondary School  2002 – 2007, 2nd Division Hospital,  Ibadan 2007 – 2012,  81st Division Hospital, Lagos  2012 –2015, Nigerian Army Medical Corps as a Deputy Director 2015 to-Date

She is happily married with children.  

Brigadier General C. A. Thomas is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria.                     


Jide Abiodun is a product of Yaba College of Technology where he graduated from in 1998 after successful completion of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Food Technology. He proceeded to the University of Calabar for his Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (PGDM) which he completed in 2002. As a young man that is inquisitive and desirous of knowledge, most especially in Managerial Practices and Principles, he obtained MBA at the University of Benin in 2008. He also obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Theology from Redeemed Christian Bible College in 2013.

Jide started his working career with UAC Foods (Mr. Biggs Department). A Division of UACN PLC in 1995, he rose to becoming First Food Inspector and subsequently became Restaurant Manager from 2000 - 2005. He served in various locations of the organization in Lagos, the South-East and South-South part of Nigeria. He currently works with the University of Benin, Catering Service Operations.

As an experienced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) professional over the years, he established Benjane Consulting Services, where he serves currently as the Managing Consultant providing consultancy services for Hospitality Institutions, involving in recruitment, setting up of systems, training and developmental programmes for management and operators of such organizations.

He joined the Chartered Institute of Public Management as a Full Member in February 2010. He is currently a Senior MEMBER having gone through almost all the training programmes organized by the Institute to date. He has also attended other courses and training programmes in some other Institutes and organizations.

He took up the Edo State Coordinatorship of CIPMN in July, 2010 with about Nine Members (9), and has been able to use his proficiency and leadership ability to grow the Institute in leaps and bounds. He currently has over 600 registered members within Edo State and some part of Delta State. He organizes quarterly meetings with members which are positively impactful and interactive. He is blessed to have academician (Professors and the Likes), Non Academics, Administrators, Entrepreneurs, Medical Doctors, Lawyers etc as members.

By the magnanimity of the Registrar/CE, he was elevated as a member of CIPMN Board and Management on July 8, 2016.

He is also a Professional Member of Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology (NIFST)

Jide Abiodun is happily married with 2 wonderful boys.
